TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Room Rates are in $USD and are subject to 9% Room Tax & 6% Service Charge.
- Meal Plan Rates are subject to 15% Service Charge.Room Tax Subject to Change without Notice
- Rate based on single or double occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: Triple (3 adults) or 2 Adults and 2 children. Up to two (2) children under 12 years, old may share their parent’s room at no extra charge using existing bedding is used.
- Additional persons, per night US$25.00 per night/per person plus taxes.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Only registered guests allowed in the hotel
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property
- Government-issued photo identification is requested upon check.
- Credit cards or cash deposits are required at check-in for incidental charges.
- SunBreeze reserves the right to change or suspend these policies at any time without prior notice. We urge guests to review the published rates prior to booking or changing to ensure they understand the resort’s Seasonal Rates for each Room Category
FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICT: (except groups)
Flexible Cancellation Policy (High & Low Season)
We know that times are unpredictable and that more flexibility is needed when making travel plans. Our flexible booking program allows you to cancel new and existing reservations without penalty up until 30 days prior to arrival.
- A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. The final balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival.
- Guests may cancel with a full refund anytime up to 30 days prior to arrival; bookings canceled under 30 days before arrival are not refundable
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: (except groups)
- Cancellations Received 46 – 31 days prior to arrival date, there is US $100 penalty fee.
- Cancellations Received 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance to safeguard your travel expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.
PACKAGES
Unused portions of this package are non- refundable.
GROUP BOOKINGS
A group is considered to be 10 or more persons traveling together. Bookings made four or more months prior to arrival date, a deposit of US $100.00 per room required 30 days after making a reservation.
- Cancelled 60 -46 days to arrival date US$ 100 US per room penalty fee.
- Cancelled 46-31 days to arrival date 50% of the total room stay.
- Cancelled 30 days to arrival date – non-refundable.
