For your conference meetings, incentive groups, seminars and business fairs, we offer a 1, 500 sq feet conference room. We host small groups of 10 persons to up to 75 persons in the conference space comfortably. Also, conference planning and services are offered before and during your event by our in house event coordinator. The conference room if properly air-conditioned, lighted and offers a registration lobby, and two bathrooms. The location of our conference facility, in town and across the airstrip, is what makes us convenient and easy choice.

Accommodation and Conference Package:
We offer special group conference & room rates. A group booking is considered to be 5 or more rooms.
A variety of menu options ranging from Morning Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Dinner Selectors are available through our onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill.
We have created a variety of the most popular menu combinations. We also tailor make menu/s of your desire.
Audio Visual equipment is available on rental basis with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Canvas Screen and purified water are provided complimentary.

From a minimum rental of 2 hours. The rental cost depends on set up requirements and number of persons: theatre style, classroom style, board room style, U shape etc. Rental rate will vary depending on the set up style and number of persons and length service is required.
