Reservation Conditions (except groups)

  • Direct Website Bookings 50% deposit of the entire stay required at the time of booking and the balance due the day of arrival.

Cancellation Conditions (except groups)

  • Cancellations Received 46 – 31 days prior to arrival date, there is US$ 100 penalty fee.
  • Cancellations Received 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be received in writing and cancellations are treated as such when  receipt of cancellation is confirmed in writing.

We should mention

The hotel advises that each guestroom can accommodate maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children Up to 2 children 11 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding. Extra-person charges may apply according to room occupancy. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. Government-issued photo identification is requested upon check. Credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments.
